About the Challenge

We are looking for a young graduate eager to reinforce a project/resource management team as junior PM for a world-renowned tech company.

As a junior product manager, you will support our resourcing and projects staffing process, as well as our presales activities. Linking up with the sales department, we will look to you to help us work out proposals and pricing, all the while receiving the needed guidance to help you grow and develop your skills.

You will be trusted to manage small customer projects from start to finish - staffing, planning, budgeting, reporting, etc.

Finally, you will learn from our senior PMs whilst helping them govern larger projects.


Your skills

You're excited to keep growing and learning on the job, rapidly acquiring new skills and thereby preparing yourself to take on more and more responsibilities. You will not let your limited experience stop you from excelling and trying new things. Though you will receive the needed guidance, we expect you to take ownership of your work, take initiative and be able to tackle problems with resourcefulness and savvy first, before escalating them to senior colleagues.

Additionally, we are looking for:

  • a strong communicator with good interpersonal skills
  • a team player with ambition and potential to start coordinating a project team
  • someone with good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
  • someone who can switch between Dutch, French and English without batting an eye
